We'll send you both a twice-weekly connection prompt for you to reply to (we'll also sprinkle in some connection tips) in a private group text.
DOES PROMPTLY SEE OR STORE OUR TEXTS TO EACH OTHER?
Promptly does not see your conversations. We securely store them in encrypted form so they are completely private and secure, and you can have the option to compile and print them in a journal at a future date if you'd like to.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Simply text back CANCEL. Your texts will keep coming for the remainder of your year subscription, but your billing will not renew.
If you would like to stop receiving texts along with your cancellation, reply STOP.
If you sign up and our text service is not for you, we will honor a 7-day full refund. After 7 days, we cannot refund any part of your payment.
HOW OFTEN DO WE RECEIVE THE TEXTS?
We will deliver two texts each week to you and your partner. Couples prompts come on Tuesdays and Fridays. Parent-child prompts come on Mondays and Thursdays. Every fourth text will be a connection tip.
CAN I SIGN UP IF I HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Not quite yet! We are working hard for our service to accept phone numbers outside of the U.S.
WILL STANDARD TEXT MESSAGE RATES APPLY?
If you have unlimited texts, you won't pay anything extra! If not, we cover the cost of the prompt text delivered to you, and you cover the texts you send back and forth.
WILL THIS WORK WITH A WI-FI BASED TEXTING PROGRAM?
This texting service will not work on iMessage, What's App, LINE, WeChat or other similar apps. Each partner needs to have a registered cell phone number to receive our group text messages.
CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?
For the promo code to be eligible on your Loom Connection Texts service, it must be specifically for this service. General Promptlyjournals.com promo codes do not apply to the Loom Connection Texts Service.
What happens if I change my phone number? Or enter an incorrect phone number?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be instructed on how to cancel and resign up. A refund will also be processed for the first sign-up.
