Promptly Texts Privacy Policy
At Promptly Texts we take the privacy and security of your information seriously.
We rely on two trusted third-party service providers (Twilio and Stripe) in order to deliver prompts and securely manage your payment information.
In order to privately deliver the Promptly Texts service to your mobile device, Twilio collects some basic information such as:
- The first and last name of both you and your participant
- The phone numbers for both you and your participant
- Your mobile service provider

In order to securely process payments and bill for the Promptly Texts service, we rely on Stripe. Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1 (the highest standard in the industry). Promptly Texts will never see or store your credit card information.

Internally, we have the following protections in place in order to protect your privacy as you use the service:
- Promptly Texts considers the texts sent between subscribers and participants to be private. We only use encrypted data to analyze and optimize the performance of the service.
- Responsibility for data protection falls to our Data Protection Officer. We review this policy with our Data Protection Officer any time we make an enhancement to our service, as well as any time there are changes to the laws or regulations in the areas which we offer our service. The last time this policy was reviewed was on April 12, 2023.
- If there is ever a breach of this policy, we will notify the affected parties to explain the nature of the breach as well as what information was compromised.
The Promptly Texts service is not available to anyone under the age of 13, as either a subscriber or participant.
