Promptly Texts Terms of Use

User Data Security

The Promptly Texts service ensures the security of its users’ data by relying on leading technology partners, Stripe and Twilio, to collect, host and protect user data.

Stripe is a certified Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 service provider, the highest level of compliance with payment security standards. It collects, hosts and protects all payment-related data you provide as part of subscribing to the Promptly Texts service. The Promptly Texts team has no access to this data. For details, see the Stripe Privacy Center.

Twilio operates the leading platform for a texting-based service like Promptly Texts. As the company declares in the Twilio Privacy Notice, “Privacy is Twilio’s code.” The Promptly Texts team relies on the Twilio platform to deliver prompts to its users and securely collect, host and provide only anonymized analytics on users’ responses.

In using the service, you accept that your data will be subject to this data security policy statement as well as the relevant provisions of the privacy policy of Stripe and Twilio.
