WITHIN USA

USA – Our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Below is what you can expect for delivery timelines.

DHL GROUND: Allow 1 business day for processing and 7–10 business days for journals to arrive.

PRIORITY MAIL: Allow 1 business day for processing and 2–3 business days for journals to arrive.

For B2B customers: Similar shipping terms will apply, but we do not ship B2B orders directly to countries outside of the U.S. We will only ship to a freight forwarder in the U.S. that will need to be agreed upon before fulfilling the order. For more information, contact sales@ascendantbrands.com.

The following terms apply to authorized B2B customers:

  • MOQ = $250
  • Orders between $250-$499.99 will be required to pay 100% of freight charges
  • Orders over $500+ will receive free shipping

INTERNATIONAL

INTERNATIONAL – Our international orders are shipped via DHL. Allow 2-3 business days for processing and 7-16 business days for journals to arrive.

*NOTE - During the Holidays, DHL delivery times can be delayed.

**You may also be charged custom fees for delivery in your country—this is your country's sales tax. We cannot mark purchases as gifts and are not responsible for any additional shipping charges.

RETURNS

Promptly Journals accepts returns that meet all outlined return requirements. Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs may not be refunded. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Please email hello@promptlyjournals.com to initiate a return and for more information. 

EXCHANGES

At this time, Promptly Journals is unable to offer exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect item, please return the unwanted item and re-order through our website.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product you believe is damaged or defective, please send an email to hello@promptlyjournals.com with any photos showing the damage. We will be happy to offer you a replacement product.

WRONG INFORMATION ENTERED – We cannot change an order once it is placed. Once an order is placed your order is sent directly to our shipping center. We cannot alter the address, or content of your package (color of journal, number of journals, etc.). If you need to change your order, you will need to pay shipping to send the incorrect items back to us. We then can get the right items to you once we receive the original package. 

If your address is inputted incorrectly, you'll need to go through USPS to fix the error.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? – Promptly Journals is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once the package leaves our shipping center (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility. If your package gets lost, you can try filing a claim through USPS or going through your credit card company to receive a refund.
