How to Speak Positively About Your Kids

Say nice things about your kids to other people when your kiddos can overhear you. Share your child's strengths, things they are learning, and things you love about them to your friends, grandma, or even the grocery store clerk.

When kiddos hear you saying positive things about them to other people, it really makes a difference. It helps them internalize your compliments, and makes them feel competent and loved!
